Membership terms
The Knight ($11.11) and the Sovereign ($333.33) are auto-renewing memberships, monthly or annual ($111.10 and $3,333 a year — two months free). Verified keepers may try the Knight free for 14 days. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
A membership renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel at any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period intact.
Keeper is free and stays free. A membership buys tools and standing — never better lending terms, and never a higher ceiling than your word has earned.
Services, offered — never required.
A backstop for the covenant
For a premium — tiered by ARC band, deliberately expensive, and only ever partial — Benefactor can stand behind part of a covenant should the word be broken. A boutique instrument, not a default.
A steady hand, when it's warranted
Recommended, vetted keepers who help structure larger or more complex covenants. Placement is disclosed, never disguised — and never pay-to-win.
What a covenant actually costs.
Per tender, paid by the lender as each lands — or 1.13% of the amount, whichever is lower. Never charged to the borrower, and never after the seal.
A hard, all-in ceiling on consumer covenants — every cost counted. Our own ceiling, held as a floor of decency.
Added after sealing. The terms you agree to are the terms that hold — no surprise fee ever follows the seal.
